Faith is a dedicated Real Estate professional, acquiring her Real Estate license in 2011 and quickly earning her Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation in 2013, her Brokers license in 2015 and has successfully placed among the Top 25 Realtors in Bennington County for residential sales in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.


John Sobel,


A resident of Manchester since 2000, John has owned and managed one of the most successful sports camps in New England (for 35 years) and worked as a School Psychologist (in New York). Active in the community, John has served as Chair of the Long Trail School Board of Directors, President of the Israel Congregation of Manchester and as a Director of the Vermont Golf Association. A love of skiing and golfing keeps him outdoors and active year round.


Melissa Genovart,


Melissa was born and raised in Southern Vermont and has deep roots in the Green Mountains. Following in the footsteps of generations of her family she shares the same love and respect for this special place we are lucky enough to call home. A graduate of Arlington Memorial High School, Melissa stayed close to home and attended college in Old Bennington at Southern Vermont College graduating as Valedictorian with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.


Sean Dillon,


Sean grew up in Vermont before attending New York University in Manhattan where he was a four-year member of the men’s varsity basketball team. After working as the Sports Information Director at NYU for five years, Sean decided to pursue a law degree at Brooklyn Law School. After law school, Sean worked for nearly 20 years at some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Emily Linnebur


Emily was born and raised in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. After graduating high school, she joined the United States Navy and was stationed in Virginia Beach, VA.

After discharge, she attended ECPI College of Technology in Virginia Beach where she received her degree in Business Administration and worked in the accounting department for a commercial contracting company.

Her passion for helping people became a priority and so, she attended Northwestern Connecticut Community College where she received a degree in Therapeutic Recreation.

She then spent several years managing recreational activities for a senior living community in Connecticut before settling in Vermont. In her free time, you can find Emily enjoying the outdoors, playing with her dogs, riding a motorcycle, reading a book, or doing a craft project.
